Master of Science in Sport Science is a two to four years program at the Masters level. It is a research mode program related to sport science. The graduate will be supervised by a university lecturer who has expertise in related fields. The program aims to produce graduates who have knowledge and think critically and have advanced skills in the field of sports science and able to develop new ideas and apply them in research continuously in a clear, systematic, responsible and ethical manner. The program also aims to produce graduates who are able to evaluate technical knowledge and skills in solving problems related to sports science, demonstrate leadership qualities and interpersonal skills through effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders to solve problems effectively in the field of sports science, apply appropriate numerical and digital skills in information management for personal and professional development and incorporate ethical and professional values in the field of sports science.

1. A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 2.75; or

2. A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and at least three (3) years of relevant working experience in the related field; or

3. Bachelor’s Degree with a CGPA below 2.50 and at least five (5) years of relevant working experience in the related field; or

4. Master’s Degree in a relevant field from a university recognised by the Senate; or

5. Other qualifications equivalent to a Master’s Degree and recognised by the University Senate.

All international candidates must fulfil minimum language requirements: TOEFL (550), IBT/IBT Home Edition (60), IELTS (6.0), MUET (Band 4), Cambridge English Qualifications (169)
