This book is a preliminary attempt to explore many significant themes of conventional and Islamic finance and tourism economics in businesses and financial institutions by compiling them into a book. It is a collection of nine different research ideas from different esteemed universities of Malaysia separated by chapters. The book itself is divided into two parts; first, Islamic Finance and Financial Institutions (Chapter 1 to Chapter 6); and second, Finance, Banking, and Big data analytics (Chapter 7 to Chapter 9). The chapters in this book review past developments and existing challenges in both conventional and Islamic finance, banking and big data analytics applications, while exploring fresh thinking on the many opportunities available. It also considers practical concerns the financial institutions and tourism industry have faced over time.  This book benefits readers in several ways.
