Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), a public university on the east coast of peninsular Malaysia began as a college over 35 years ago. Today it is a fast growing dynamic university with faculties covering areas including language, engineering and design, Islamic studies, law, international relations and accounting, business and economics, bio-resources, food technology, information technology, social sciences as well as medicine and health sciences.
UniSZA operates four campuses, each with its own area of specialisation. Gong Badak Campus located just north of Kuala Terengganu is the main campus for the university accommodating over 5,000 students. The Medical Campus, located downtown Kuala Terengganu is where the Medical and Health Sciences Faculty operates. Tembila Campus located to the north is where the Bio-resources and Food Industry Faculty, together with the Faculty of Informatics and Computing are located. UniSZA also has an International Campus (UIC) in Kuala Lumpur where executive programmes and graduate studies take place.
The UniSZA Graduate School (GS) coordinates all university graduate programmes offered by the faculties and institutes. The GS also serves to improve and increase the number of programmes available, ensuring the development of scholars and experts of the highest level. Students can choose to study on a full-time or part-time basis. We are committed to ensuring that our students enjoy exploring knowledge and developing their skills, resulting in a successful future.
