Submission of Abstract

Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract :

  1. Abstracts can only be submitted online via the conference profile on our website https://unisza.edu.my/iclc2024; submissions by fax, post, or email will not be considered.
  2. All abstracts must be received on or before 15th June 2024. 
  3. The maximum word limit for the abstract is 350 (excluding the title and author information).
  4. Abstracts should include the names of all authors, their institutional affiliation, and the email address of the lead author.
  5. All abstracts must be written in Malay/English/Arabic ONLY and adhere to the APA style (6th edition).
  6. Use Times New Roman font, size 12, single-line spacing, or Traditional Arabic, size 16, double-line spacing.
  7. It is the author’s responsibility to submit an abstract free of typographical errors. Any errors in spelling, grammar, or scientific facts in the abstract text will be reproduced as typed by the author. Abstract titles will be subject to a spell check if the abstract is selected for presentation.
  8. Acceptance of the abstract in the conference and assignment to a session are determined solely by the Abstract Committee based on a review of the abstract and its subject matter. Decisions made by the Abstract Committee are final.
  9. Abstracts submitted should not be concurrently submitted for consideration at another conference and should be original.
