About Conference

The International Conference on Languages and Communication (ICLC 2024) is a conference organised by the Faculty of Languages and Communication, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA).

The conference will be an opportunity for participants to meet and share their experiences and research results as well as discuss practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted.

Thus, ICLC 2024 welcomes submissions as paper presentations on the conference theme: “Navigating Changes of Language and Communication in the 21st Century.”

ALL accepted papers will be published in conference proceedings with e-ISBN.  The proceedings are based on the theme of the conference, which is Navigating Changes in Language and Communication in the 21st Century.  In this era, marked by significant technological advancements, globalisation, and cultural shifts, hence the ways societies communicate have undergone profound transformation across diverse linguistic and media landscape.  Innovations such as social media platforms and artificial intelligence play pivotal roles in facilitating improved communication and advancing civilisation.
