Registration Information

 

Instructions:

1. All delegates are required to sign up by clicking Create Account
2. A confirmation e-mail and Reference ID will be sent automatically to the registered e-mail address by the system
3. Delegates are required to use the Reference ID when submitting an abstract and making payments
5. Once registered, delegates may log in by clicking Delegate Login 
6. Delegates may now register by completing payment on the Payment Portal
7. A copy of the transaction will be sent automatically to the registered e-mail address by the system
8. Delegates may now register via the Conference Registration Portal
9. Abstract submission can be made via the Abstract Submission Portal
10. A copy of the abstract submission information will be sent automatically to the registered e-mail address by the system

Important Notice:

1.  Please contact the Secretariat if you did not receive a confirmation e-mail within THREE (3) working days after registration / abstract submission
2.  For group registration, kindly download the form below and email it to the Secretariat at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for an invoice
3.  Please download: Group Registration Form
4.  Please note that the registration is not complete until the Secretariat receives proof of payment
5.  Letter of invitation and official receipt will only be emailed to the registered participant after the Secretariat receives the full payment
