Abstract Guidelines
The Organising Committee cordially invites you to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations
Guidelines:
Please read the following guidelines carefully before submitting the abstract:
| 1. | Abstracts can be submitted starting 15th December 2024, 12:00 AM (GMT +8) |
| 2. | All abstracts must be submitted by 15th May 2025, 11:59 PM (GMT +8) |
| 3. | Abstracts received after the deadline will not be accepted for inclusion in the conference |
| 4. | All abstracts must be submitted in English |
| 5. | The maximum word limit for the abstract is 300 words (excluding the title and author information) |
| 6. | The font of the abstract should be in Arial, size 11, with single spacing |
| 7. | The abstract should include the names of all authors, their institutional affiliations, and the e-mail address of the corresponding author |
| 8. | Delegates are encouraged to proofread the abstract before submission |
| 9. | The organising committee does not edit the submitted abstracts |
| 10. | Please make sure all abstracts submitted are the final version |
| 11. | Delegates are not permitted to amend the abstract after submission |
| 12. | Delegates may submit more than one (1) abstract with the same registered e-mail address (additional charges may be incurred) |
| 13. | All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by panels of experts |
| 14. | Acceptance of the abstract in the conference and assignment to a session are determined exclusively by the Scientific Committee |
| 15. | Delegates will be notified via e-mail of the decisions made by the Scientific Committee by 31st May 2025, 11:59 PM (GMT +8) |
| 16. | All accepted abstracts will be published as abstract proceedings (not as extended abstracts) in the Asian Journal of Medicine and Biomedicine (AJMB) |
| 17. | Selected abstracts will be invited for full-paper publication in the IIUM Medical Journal Malaysia (IMJM) and Journal of Health Science and Medical Research (JHSMR) |
