Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentations Guidelines:
A) Duration
| 1. | Each presenter is allocated 8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for Q&A. |
| 2. | Please ensure your presentation is clear, concise, and fits within the allocated time. |
B) Presentation Format
| 1. | Use Microsoft PowerPoint format (.ppt or .pptx). |
| 2. | Slides must be prepared in English. |
| 3. | Use clear fonts and visuals; avoid overcrowding slides with text. |
C) Presentation Session
| 1. | A moderator or session chair will oversee the session. |
| 2. | The Q&A session will be conducted immediately after your presentation. |
| 3. | All presenters must remain present throughout their assigned session. |
D) Time Management
| 1. | Presenters are strictly required to adhere to the 8-minute time limit. |
| 2. | Rehearse beforehand to ensure your presentation finishes within the allocated time. |
E) Slide Submission
| 1. | Submit your PowerPoint slides by 9th October 2025 (Thursday) by clicking HERE |
| 2. | File naming format: ReferralID_FirstName(Without Space) Example: BCDRG_AhmadAli |
Poster Presentations Guidelines:
A) Language
| 1. | All posters must be prepared in English. |
B) Format & Layout
| 1. | Prepare your poster using Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx). |
| 2. | Poster size must be set to A1 (594 mm width × 841 mm height). |
| 3. | Layout: Portrait orientation (compulsory for uniformity). |
| 4. | Ensure a minimum resolution of 150 dpi for printing clarity. |
C) Poster Content
| 1. | Title of the study |
| 2. | Author(s) and Affiliation(s) (Underline the presenting author) |
| 3. | Introduction |
| 4. | Objectives |
| 5. | Methods |
| 6. | Results (include graphs, charts, tables, or figures where appropriate) |
| 7. | Discussion |
| 8. | Conclusion |
| 9. | Acknowledgements (if any) |
| 10. | References (in brief, not more than 3-5 key references) |
D) Design Recommendations
| 1. | Use large, clear fonts (e.g., minimum 24 pt for body text, larger for headings). |
| 2. | Ensure high contrast between text and background for readability. |
| 3. | Use visuals (figures, charts, diagrams, tables, photos) to replace text-heavy content. |
| 4. | Avoid overcrowding → aim for a clear, clean layout with sufficient white space. |
| 5. | Recommended fonts: Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman (avoid decorative fonts). |
E) Submission
| 1. | Submit your poster in .pptx format (for record-keeping) by 9th October 2025 (Thursday) using the link below: HERE |

F) Printing
| 1. | Posters will be printed by participants. |
| 2. | Bring your printed A1 poster (portrait format) to the registration counter on the first day of the conference. |
| 3. | Posters will be mounted on designated poster boards provided by the organizer. |
G) Display and Presentation
| 1. | Posters will be displayed during the Poster Presentation Session at the conference. |
| 2. | You are expected to be present near your poster during the official evaluation session (time slot [~4 minutes per presenter] to be announced on the first day) |
