  2. E-Posters should consist of a single presentation slide.
  3. Text and presentation must be in English.
  4. The E-Poster should include the following details:
  • Title: Brief and matching the abstract title.
  • Logo: Place the affiliated institution or university's logo in the upper right corner.

  1. Use Arial font throughout the E-Poster, ensuring it is clear and legible.
  2. Titles and subheadings should be in bold. Avoid italics for readability.

Illustrations and Usage of Colors in E-Posters

  1. Illustrations are crucial for attracting attention. Use colorful charts and graphs; prefer explanatory illustrations over text where possible.
  2. Only use static images; do not embed videos or animations.
  3. Utilize space creatively to attract the audience, ensuring images are easy to understand.
  4. Limit colors to 2-3 for a formal scientific presentation. Select background colors that contrast nicely with the font to improve readability. Avoid bright, dark, or textured backgrounds.
  5. Ensure photographs or figures are sufficiently large and visible. Limit the number of pictures to essential and relevant ones (preferably at most 4-6).
  6. Do not include irrelevant photographs or pictures, such as cartoon characters.
  7. Organize graphs and tables well, using font sizes that are easy to read.
